Photoshop Building Part 2

For step two, I used simple black and grey lines to help define the shapes. Details on the building, creating textures on the plants and bushes and also helping define all the buildings. After I layed down the base lines, all it took to get the affect I wanted was to play around with a lovely tool called filters
each color on this art have their own individual layers, so I just figured out which ones I would want to blend and used a mixture of cutout, water color and postered edges filters.
